WBT

WBT has thirty-nine-experience in creating and carrying out language exams at the highest European level.

We posses eligibility to carry out the TELC exam at A1-B2 levels.

The recognition of TELC Certificates:

According to the Ordinance of the Prime Minister of 27 December 2005 on how to conduct the qualification procedure in the civil service Dz. U. No. 266, item 2230, Appendix No. 2 TELC language certificates (Level B2 for 6 languages) are officially recognized by the administration of the Republic of Poland as confirmation of language proficiency.

TELC exams are recognized and accredited in many European countries!!!

  • In Germany certificates in English, French, Spanish and German are treated as entrance or final exams in plenty of colleges and universities but also in Chambers of Industry and Commerce. The certificate proves the knowledge of German of applicants for   German citizenship and it is officially recognized at obtaining German citizenship.
  • In France are recognized by French Chambers of Industry (CEL).
  • In Hungary and the Czech Republic are accredited by government institutions
  • In Italy Zertifikat Deutsch recognizes the Ministry of Education

  • In the Slovak Republic TELC certificates are required in case of employment in many multinational companies.

The characteristics of TELC certificates:

An advantage of the system of TELC language exams is their comparability. It means that e.g the German exam at B1 level is of the same level of difficulty as the exam in English or Russian at the same level. Marks are also comparable. At this moment there is a possibility to gain the TELC certificates in 10 languages – English, German, Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Turkish - at different levels.

Basically the exam consists of written and oral part:

In the written part there are texts to read and listen.

The oral part it is a conversation in a foreign language.

Parts can differ depending on the level of the exam but not the language.

The written part is checked by computers in Central Examination Centre in Frankfurt am Main. However, letters are checked in two steps by two different examiners.

After passing the TELC exam you gain the certificate, with a mark, proving your knowledge of the language at a particular level. The Central Examination Centre in Germany is responsible for printing and sending the certificates.
